Terms of Service
These terms govern the basketball training and player development services provided by Nepal Basketball UK Limited (Company No. 17391487), 19 Uxbridge Road, Feltham, England, TW13 5EG.
1. Services
We provide skills coaching, shooting and ball-handling sessions, fitness and conditioning, 1-2-1 individual training, group sessions and junior development programmes. The exact scope of each booking is confirmed before sessions begin.
2. Fees, cancellations and refunds
Fees are as published on our Training Rates section or as agreed in writing: a private taster session at £12, monthly group membership at £45 per month, and a 1-2-1 performance block of six sessions at £150. Prepaid sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are credited or refunded in full; sessions missed without notice are not refundable, with one courtesy catch-up per term where capacity allows. Monthly group membership can be cancelled before the next billing date, and unused sessions from prepaid blocks are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase, less sessions already delivered. 3. No guarantee of outcomes
Training is designed to support player development, but we do not guarantee any specific sporting outcome, team selection, scholarship or trial result.
4. Participant obligations
Participants (and parents or guardians of juniors) must disclose relevant medical conditions, arrive fit to train, follow coach instructions and bring appropriate sportswear. Basketball is a physical sport and training carries an inherent risk of injury: participation is at the individual’s own risk aside from our duty of reasonable care, and this injury disclaimer applies to every session we run.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the sessions to which the claim relates. Participants are encouraged to hold their own personal accident insurance.
6. Safeguarding
We work with children and young people. Our coaching team follows UK safeguarding best practice, and under-18 bookings always keep a parent or guardian as the point of contact. Our full safeguarding statement, including how parents can raise a concern, is published at Safeguarding & Parents.
