Terms of Service

These terms govern the basketball training and player development services provided by Nepal Basketball UK Limited (Company No. 17391487), 19 Uxbridge Road, Feltham, England, TW13 5EG.

1. Services

We provide skills coaching, shooting and ball-handling sessions, fitness and conditioning, 1-2-1 individual training, group sessions and junior development programmes. The exact scope of each booking is confirmed before sessions begin.

2. Fees and refunds

Fees are as published on our Training Rates section or as agreed in writing (single session £50; monthly group membership £125; 1-2-1 performance block £200). Prepaid sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; unused prepaid sessions are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase, less sessions already delivered.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Training is designed to support player development, but we do not guarantee any specific sporting outcome, team selection, scholarship or trial result.

4. Participant obligations

Participants (and parents or guardians of juniors) must disclose relevant medical conditions, arrive fit to train, follow coach instructions and bring appropriate sportswear. Participation is at the individual’s own risk aside from our duty of reasonable care.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the sessions to which the claim relates. Participants are encouraged to hold their own personal accident insurance.
