Fair, simple booking terms for our courses, group sessions and 1-2-1 blocks. This page is part of how we work — the formal wording lives in our Terms of Service.
1. Bookings and payment
A place is confirmed when we confirm your booking in writing. Fees are as published on our Training Rates section: a private taster session at £12, monthly group membership at £45 per month, or a 1-2-1 performance block of six sessions at £150. Payment is arranged directly with our team — no card details are stored on this website.
2. Cancelling a session
Need to move a session? Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we will reschedule it at no cost. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are credited to your account or refunded — your choice. Inside 48 hours we will always try to fill the place from our waiting list; if we can, you get the credit too.
3. Missed sessions (no-shows)
Sessions missed without notice are not refundable, because the court time and coach are held for you. We know life happens: every player gets one courtesy catch-up session per term where capacity allows — just ask.
4. Monthly group membership
Membership runs month to month at £45 and can be cancelled before your next billing date by email — no notice period, no exit fee. Partial months already started are not refunded, but training continues to the end of the paid month.
5. 1-2-1 blocks
Six-session blocks cost £150 and stay valid for three months from purchase, so they flex around school terms and work schedules. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Unused sessions are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase, less any sessions already delivered.
6. If we cancel
If we cancel a session — venue closure, coach illness, weather — you choose a full credit or a full refund of that session. Term-time blocks follow the school calendar; any date we move is rescheduled, never silently dropped.
7. How to cancel or change a booking
